This three day Training, held near the Lezha Regional Development Agency offices, is part of the action plan on the “SME Development in Lezhe Region” Project, financed by Peace Corps Albania and implemented by Peace Corps Volunteer Lauren Alpert and LERDA Project Manager Aisel Reka.
The training was held from 04/Nov/2015 to 06/Nov/2015, bringing together ten participants of an age range of 18-19, which gained knowledge in better understanding basic management concepts for an Albanian Small Medium Enterprise. During the training the facilitator managed to clarify some of the main concepts of Business Management while also discussing with the teenagers. The participants were eager to learn and discuss over the current overview of the business in Lezhe Region and they were also able to gain structured knowledge on entrepreneurship and leadership.
At the end of each session the participants were served a buffet service at the LERDA office.
